Terms & Conditions

  • The period of hire will be from 2pm on the day of arrival to 10am on day of departure, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • The hirer must undertake to vacate the holiday property at the stated termination of let.
  • The number of people occupying the property must not exceed the number specified in the details unless agreed with the owners in advance in writing.
  • The hirer shall leave the property in the same clean and tidy condition as they found it, otherwise a cleaning charge will be incurred.
  • The hirer shall be responsible for any damages or breakages to the property, furnishings, etc. All damage must be reported immediately and paid for prior to departure.
  • The balance of rent will be paid one month before the start of hire.
  • Notice of cancellation may be by phone or email, but this must be confirmed in writing. In the event of cancellation every effort will be made to re-let the property, for which a re-let charge will be levied, but if this cannot be arranged the hirer may be liable to pay the balance. Deposits and balances already paid are non-refundable if we are unable to re-let the cottage. Cancellation insurance is advised to avoid this occurring. Details available on request.
  • The hirer must note that by completing a booking form they enter into a legal agreement and are bound to abide by the conditions of hire and any other reasonable instructions given by the proprietor.
